Muhammad Dara Shikoh bzw. Muhammad Dārā Schikoh (persisch محمد دارا شكوه, DMG Muḥammad Dārā Šukūh; geboren 20. März 1615 nahe Ajmer; gestorben 12. August 1659 in Delhi) war der erstgeborene Sohn des Mogulherrschers Shah Jahan (reg. 1627–1657) und dessen Gemahlin Mumtaz Mahal, religiöser Denker, Mystiker, Dichter und Verfasser etlicher Werke in persischer Sprache.
