Cemal Gürsel (* 1895 in Erzurum; † 14. September 1966 in Ankara) war ein türkischer General und stand an der Spitze des Komitees der Nationalen Einheit, das am 27. Mai 1960 gegen Ministerpräsident Adnan Menderes putschte. Er war bis zum 28. März 1966 der vierte Staatspräsident der Türkei.
