Scheich Muhammad bin Raschid Al Maktum (arabisch محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم Muhammad bin Rāschid Āl Maktūm, DMG Muḥammad b. Rāšid Āl Maktūm; * 15. Juli 1949 in Schindagha) ist Herrscher des Emirats Dubai und in Personalunion Vizepräsident, Premierminister und Verteidigungsminister der Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate. Er wurde im Jahr 2020 in Abwesenheit vom Londoner High Court wegen Einschüchterung, Entführung und Folter verurteilt. In den Pandora Papers, einem 2021 veröffentlichten großen Leak über Steueroasen, wird er als Aktionär, Direktor oder Begünstigter von Offshore-Gesellschaften genannt.
