Samuel Phillips Huntington (* 18. April 1927 in New York City; † 24. Dezember 2008 auf Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts) war ein US-amerikanischer Politikwissenschaftler und Autor. Huntington lehrte am John M. Olin Institute for Strategic Studies der Harvard-Universität in Cambridge. Er war Berater des US-Außenministeriums.
