Michael Collins (* 31. Oktober 1930 in Rom, Italien; † 28. April 2021 in Naples, Florida) war ein US-amerikanischer Astronaut. Er war Pilot der Kommandokapsel von Apollo 11 und umkreiste darin den Mond, während Neil Armstrong und Buzz Aldrin als erste Menschen die Mondoberfläche betraten.
