Georg Bernard Lukács [ˈlukaːtʃ] (ungarisch Lukács György, * 13. April 1885 als Bernát György Löwinger in Budapest, Österreich-Ungarn; † 4. Juni 1971 in Budapest, Volksrepublik Ungarn) war ein ungarischer marxistischer Philosoph, Literaturwissenschaftler und -kritiker sowie kommunistischer Politiker. Lukács gilt – zusammen mit Ernst Bloch, Antonio Gramsci und Karl Korsch – als Mitbegründer und bedeutender Vertreter des Neomarxismus in der ersten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts.
